10 Healthy Snack Alternatives

We all have time when we get hungry, reach in to the pantry and nibble on a snack.
Then we realise, that we have just broken our diet.

We have complied ten alternative snack ideas that you can have and still maintain a diet!

1. Blueberries
2. Carrot and/or celery sticks
3. All organic kale chips
4. Cucumber 
5. Fruit or fruit salad
6. Fresh juice (at home)
7. Pure Organic Greek yogurt
8. Salad
9. Sandwich (on wholemeal bread)
10. Strawberries
